Malta Med Emergent Care is now offering telehealth services for urgent care patients.
Telehealth technology allows patients to connect with one of our providers - face to face via smart phone, tablet, or computer - without leaving the comfort of your home. These appointments are an excellent option for situations that don't require hands-on care. Telehealth appointments are available 10 AM - 10 PM, 7 days a week.
For the best possible experience, we ask that you prepare for your telehealth appointment the same way you would with any other visit. Have questions or concerns written down, as well as a list of medications you currently take ready for easy reference.

How you will connect with us:
If using an Apple device, we will reach out to you at the time of your appointment via FaceTime.
If using an Android device, we will be connecting through WebEx. You will need you to download the Cisco WebEx Meeting app in the Play Store.
If you are experiencing a serious illness including chest pain, difficulty breathing, dizziness, or have an acute life-threatening emergency, please call 911 and go to the nearest emergency department.
*Telehealth appointments should not be used for life-threatening emergencies. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible. Our patients are treated based on the severity of illness or injury presented at time of arrival. We will see you as close to your appointment time as possible.
